这个退信是来自209.226.175.245的，说服务器错误。应该让对方的网管检查。

有两种情况.一种是发信时OUTLOOK的SMTP身份验证没有打勾.一种是发信时SMTP的IP不是我们邮局的IP.
看到这种退信就要先看解析是否正确。并确认客户端的设置没问题。如果都ok再到服务器上确认是否跟同域验证有关。

这封退信是因为您在发信时我司邮局服务器无法正常解析到tadair.com.hk这个域名的邮局服务器IP，或者有可能是因为对方tadair.com.hk所使用的ＤＮＳ服务器反应慢原因造成的，此种情况有时会造成邮件发送不了，如果邮件没有发出去只要重新发送一次即可，出现这种错误是由于网络环境原因导致查询不到IP，偶尔都会有的，特别是一些域名是通过国外DNS进行解析。是很常见的，因为网络牵涉到的东西太多了。

可以判断是因为接收方邮局的mx没有做或者做错，另外也有可能是接收方邮局DNS设置错误造成的。这个跟第七个是一样的。

从这个退信来看。是因为邮件内容有问题被对方服务器拒绝收信。估计对方服务器可能做了关键字过滤。

对方认为我们的IP是伪造，这是对方的设置问题，请对方把我们的IP或此域名加入白名单就行了。

因为发件方邮局使用的是动态ip,所以被过滤,请用固定ip的邮局发送邮件就不会被过滤

先检查一下邮局是否有反向解析功能nslookup + 211.43.197.72 25，如果有就说明我们的IP地址被对方给屏蔽了.联系收信方的网络管理员帮忙解除屏蔽，

发件人写信时用的编码不是标准编码格式,请用标准编码编写邮件发送即可

这是对方服务器封掉我们服务器mail.mail3.cn4e.com的域名，这是对方认为从我们服务器上投递太多的垃圾邮件过去导致被封的，让客户联系对方网管解封吧。

4.对方服务器拒绝接收Xmail邮件退信提示信息一般为:Recipient address rejected: Relay access denied或者552 Error: content rejected原因是对方邮件服务器将Xmail邮件屏蔽掉了。烦请您将退信按附件的形式转发给我们，我来做一下具体的测试，判断问题原因，之后会主动联络对方，说明我们的服务器信息并且商量问题的解决方法。同时也希望您能够使用其它的信箱向对方反映这个问题，向对方联络网管说明情况，以确保可以早日解决。

此类问题通常是跟踪设置的问题，需要查看客户跟踪设置是否有问题，
如果客户设置自己跟踪自己，让客户取消这个设置。否则会引起出错。

选择  被跟踪对象邮件地址  跟踪人邮件地址  创建时间

这个退信应该是客户设置的转发的邮箱不存在，查看客户的设置没有问题，应该不存在这样的问题了。让客户重试一下。

该问题有可能是邮件在设置跟踪的时候出现错误产生的，可以到该邮局的下面的配置文件查看

vi mailfilter
查看含有cc字段的信息。

退信表明用户stephen@con-link.com设置了自动转发,同时对方（转发的用户）同样自动转发给这个用户.这样的话，造成了循环,所以，需要请这个用户将一方的自动转发去掉就可以了！

这是客户在邮局管理平台设置跟踪设置时,跟踪人地址设置为空导致的,请更改过来.

如果您按照我们页面的outlook express设置方法设置完毕后,仍然不能正常使用，那么您就要看看outlook具体的出错信息里面的错误号是多少？根据错误号和下表进行比对，一般来说，大多数的问题都可以解决。
